Meet the hosts
Sara BeauChemin- NJ

Yoga was always a part of her weekly routine, until one day when she saw an ad for Buti show up in her newsfeed. She showed up to the training and took her first live class and was immediately hooked. She swapped out all her current classes with Buti and began to add local pop-up events. She was fortunate to attend the Buti Yoga 200 Hour Vinyasa Immersion Program in 2017. Sara now teaches 6 classes a week. You can find her schedule @sweatwithsoulyoga. Kelby Rumfolo- TX
Kelby started dancing at the age of 2, teaching at 15, and went pro for a while after high school, until a hip injury ended her career. She was first introduced to yoga in 2003 and practiced off and on over the years, but recovering from hip surgery lead her to dive all the way in to a daily practice. In 2015 after completing Yoga Fit training, Kelby began teaching Vinyasa and Hatha classes. In 2016 Kelby was introduced to Buti Yoga and knew that it was her true calling. She completed 2 RYT’s through Buti Yoga (including a 14 day immersion with Bizzie Gold, Heather and Sara) and became certified in DEEP. She currently teaches 6 classes a week including Buti, her own twist on Vinyasa, and a slower restorative Hatha. Kelby enjoys challenging poses, such as arm balances and inversions, and is often climbing on things or balancing on her hands. Out of the studio, Kelby is involved in the tech and music industries, is a wife to Joe and is normally accompanied by her pup, Jirra. Find her on insta @lakeconroeyogatribe
